Located along Cabrera Road in Taytay’s Barangay Dolores, Zuri Residences offers its residents with all the peace, quiet, and access to greenery and natural views of the suburbs, without completely cutting them off from the rest of the Metro. Taytay is a densely populated municipality in the south of the province of Rizal. With the bustling metropolis of Metro Manila (with boundaries with Cainta and the cities of Pasig, Taguig, and Antipolo) on one side and the Laguna de Bay on the other, Taytay is a unique residential location that attracts Filipino families and individuals who yearn for small-town peace and quiet, without giving up access to the thriving central business districts of Makati, Taguig, and Ortigas. The municipality is known as the Woodworks and Garments Capital of the Philippines, which refers to Taytay’s prosperous local industries.

 Accessing Taytay from Metro Manila is relatively easy through major thoroughfares such as the Manila East Road, Ortigas Avenue Extension, the Manggahan Floodway, Sumulong Highway, A. Bonifacio Avenue, and Felix Avenue (formerly called Imelda Avenue).  Barangay Dolores, where Zuri Residences is located, is one of the most populous barangays in the municipality, with approximately 61,000 residents as of a 2015 census. Despite the development being branded as a get-away from the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila, Zuri Residences is actually located close to many comforts and conveniences urban dwellers are familiar with. For starters, residents will find Waltermart Taytay, as well as an assortment of wet markets and other commercial establishments.

 Zuri Residences is three kilometers away from SM City Taytay, a branch of a the country’s biggest chain of leisure destinations, department stores, and supermarkets. Residents can also find branches of different nationwide banking chains, such as Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), among others. In less than seven kilometers, Zuri residents can reach Robinson’s Antipolo, which is part of another nationwide shopping chain. A little further—about nine kilometers—one can reach Eastwood City, a premier shopping and lifestyle destination in Eastern Metro Manila.

 For health and emergency purposes, Zuri residents enjoy close proximity to Manila East Medical Center, Taytay Emergency Hospital, and the Taytay Doctors Hospital. One of the country’s top hospitals, the Medical City in Ortigas, is a short drive way through Ortigas Avenue Extension. Families with school-age boys and girls can send their children to San Beda College and Sienna College, both esteemed educational institutions less than a kilometer away. Prestigious schools such as Assumption College Antipolo and St. Paul Pasig are also within a short driving distance.

 Taytay is served by a wide variety of public transportation options, such as UV Express shuttles, buses, jeepneys, taxis, and tricycles. Meralco, the country’s leading utility distributor, provides power services for Zuri and Taytay residents. Major utility providers such as telco leader PLDT and cable company Sky Cable have significant presence in the municipality.
